The visit was accompanied and coordinated by faculty members Mr. Karunakar Kavuri and Mrs. P. Sridevi under the guidance of Dr. T. Murali Mohan, HOD, CSE-BS department. The primary objective of the visit was to expose students to the real-time working environment of a software company and help them understand the transition from academic learning to industry practices. The students arrived at the company at 3:00 PM and were welcomed by the organization’s representatives. For better interaction, students were allowed batch-wise,with each batch consisting of nine members. All students belonged to the III year, enabling effective engagement and observation of the professional workspace. During the session, the HR team and technical resource persons provided insights into organizational workflow, SDLC, teamwork practices, and industry expectations. Students actively participated and gained clarity regarding real-time project development and workplace ethics. As a gesture of gratitude, faculty and students presented a small memento to the CEO and the resource person. The visit was informative and enhanced students’ confidence towards industry exposure and career preparation.
