Swarnandhra college of Engineering & Technology established in the year 2001 encourages every student to use the library that has been carefully built up since the inception of the college. At present this library has a stock of 75,486 volumes with a 10514 titles of books. The library also subscribed  e-Journals like IEEE,SPRINGER NATURE, J-Gate, N-LIST. and DELNET The SWARNANDHRA library follows the open access system, encouraging the user to browse freely in the stock area. The Book Bank facility is available for SC students.

We are maintaining 20 systems in the Digital Library and latest Software EZ-Library (V 10.0.9.23) for Library administration and Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) for Staff and Students for checking of  books available in the Central Library. The Staff and Students can access NPTEL Video Lessons, Old Question Papers, e-books and e-journals through Intranet service throughout the campus.

The Library has a collection of Books, Periodicals C.D-ROM’s on Science and Technology and Humanities including Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic and Communication, Electrical Engg. and Electornics, Maths, Physics, Chemistry and English.
