Established in 2004 with a vision to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world computing applications, the Department of Master of Computer Applications (MCA) at Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology has evolved into one of the premier centers for postgraduate education in computer applications. With the increasing demand for skilled computing professionals, the programme has expanded steadily, and the present sanctioned intake stands at 180 seats.
The MCA programme is designed to develop competent software professionals equipped with a strong foundation in computer science, programming, and emerging technologies.
